Legacy Testing

Legacy Laboratory Quality System Accreditation Certificates

From Apr 2004 to Jan 2018, we performed medical equipment safety testing with a focus on IEC 60601 Series, Electrical Medical Equipment and IEC 61010 Series, Electrical Equipment for Measurement, Control, and Laboratory Use. We operated under an IEC 17025 quality system, controlling our laboratory site, laboratory personnel, and test equipment. We were accredited by TUV Rheinland under their Partner Test Laboratory program, which inculded annual audits to IEC 17025.

We've maintained access to this accreditation archive for our old clients who have old test reports & certificates, you may need to show the product evaluations were conducted under an accredited laboratory quality system.
