This site allows credit card transactions by PayPal or Google Checkout. PayPal's privacy policy is here and their security policy is here. Google's is here. PayPal and Google provide no credit card related information to us. We are provided with customer information needed to fill your service request. We share this customer information with no one. Should you fax or email us credit card information, we use this information to process your order with a PayPal secure server. Once the order is confirmed we shred all hardcopies of credit card related information. Credit card information is not retained.
We may retain contact information of customers and prospects who contact us, for purposes of periodically mailing announcements about OBCM or the medical device regulatory field in general. We do not share contact information about customers or prospects with anyone else.
